AAA Flow, Inc. hereby warrants Guttercare® with Xtremecap in preventing leaves and large debris from entering and clogging a gutter or downspout during a 25 (twenty-five) year period from the original date of installation, when installed in a manner consistent with Guttercare® with Xtremecap installation procedures, under normal leaf and debris conditions, and by a certified GutterCare dealer. If the installation is done by some one other then a certified dealer of the GutterCare product, the warranty will be in effect for a period of 15 (fifteen) years. If a clog occurs, contact your local authorized Dealer to arrange repair, or replacement of clogged section, at Manufacturers option. Guttercare® with Xtremecap coating also contains a UV stabilizer to reduce the affect of UV damage on the surface of the product. Over time, exposure to the elements will cause the surface of the product to bleach out slightly. The degree to which this weathering may occur will vary depending on factors such as climate, location, air quality or local environmental conditions over which manufacturer or Dealer have no control. The weathering of the material under normal conditions will not affect the performance of the product. For optimal life and performance of the product it should remain unmolested in the gutter. This Warranty is transferable to the next homeowner upon sale of property. New homeowner warranty is valid up to 25 years from date of original dealer installation, or 15 years with homeowner installation on the property on which it was originally applied. This warranty requires that the warranty registration form attached be completed and signed by the initial purchaser and returned to AAA Flow Inc. within 30 days following the installation of the GutterCare ll product. This Constitutes the sole warranty made by the manufacturer or Distributor either expressed or implied. There are no other warranties expressed or implied which extend beyond the face hereof, herein, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall the Dealer be liable for any incidental or consequential damages and Dealers remedies shall be limited to repair or replacement of nonconforming units or parts. Some states do not permit any limitation on the length of an implied warranty, and incidental or consequential damage, and some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. So the above Limitations and or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which can vary from state to state. Normal debris fall will occur through the year and may create surface accumulation on the Guttercare® with Xtremecap however, natural conditions such as sun, wind, and rain, will work together to dry, blow, and wash away the debris so that Guttercare® with Xtremecap can remain free flowing. In Sheltered roof areas or overhangs on flat roofs or shallow-pitched roofs where heavy debris fall occurs, or where Pine sap falls, debris may collect when sunlight and wind cannot dry and move away debris. Normal service may be required. Exclusions to this warranty include, but are not limited to unreasonable use, Acts of God, floods, fires, vandalism, exposure to corrosive chemicals or pollutants, or any condition beyond the control of the Dealer or manufacturer. This Warranty covers only genuine Guttercare® with Xtremecap. Homeowner must verify with Dealer that the product is Guttercare® with Xtremecap. There are no warranties on this product other than set forth in this warranty. We are not liable for any other written or oral express warranties such as those that may be given by Dealers, Contractors, Installers, or Distributors of this product. AAA Flows warranty is limited to replacement of defective material. AAA Flow, Inc. specifically excludes from this warranty any liability for structural or cosmetic damage to the home or structure on which GutterCare ll is installed. Improper installation may invalidate the warranty. This Warranty covers K Style and Half Round Guttercare® with Xtremecap.
